For the trainees whose English is at least intermediate (B1)

Classes take place online 2 times a week, each lesson lasts for 2 hours (120 minutes), overall: 8 lessons per month or 16 hours

What is going to happen
within 8 lessons each month?

Our month of work will include covering

All parts of the exam
With the focus on their structure, timing, types of questions, content, marking, assessment criteria, tips on how to avoid mistakes when filling the listening and reading sheets as well as specific skills and strategies necessary to develop for each paper of the exam

2 mock tests a month
So the total number of tests during the course before the real exam is 18!

2 blocks of grammar
All grammar topics needed to upgrade your level of English and get higher scores in the writing and speaking parts

2 blocks of exam vocabulary
1, 3 blocks of exam vocabulary which is always integrated into writing and speaking tasks: the vocabulary topic is changed each 3 weeks: personality traits and appearance, science and technologies, environmental issues, education jobs, ect., along with this part of work there are weekly outputs on idioms, collocations, shades of meaning, phrasal verbs, fixed phrases etc.

4 blocks of reading
Only exam related texts from newspapers, magazines, journals, books (fiction and non-fiction), promotional and informational materials with a thorough analysis of the tasks, the action plan and tips for getting a higher score)

4 blocks of listening
Only original tracks taken from phone messages, radio broadcasts, news, public announcements, stories and anecdotes, lectures and talks, speeches, conversations, interviews, discussions, radio plays) with an extensive analysis of the listening strategies necessary to develop for each part of the listening paper)

Develop target speaking skills
Each lesson with the focus on the nature of interaction in each part of the speaking paper: giving information about yourself, expressing your opinion about various topics, comparing, describing, speculating, exchanging ideas, justifying opinions, agreeing and/or disagreeing, suggesting, evaluating, reaching a decision through negotiation, etc.

2 blocks of writing
Addressing all FCE/CAE types of texts: articles, emails, essays, letters, reports, reviews, proposals with the extensive focus on developing target writing skills, in particular, evaluating, expressing opinions, hypothesizing, justifying, persuading, along with individual feedback on your writing tasks
